JONATHAN FINNEY

Jonathan Finney
I'm 17 years old and a senior at Barbers Hill High School.
I grew up with a great love and desire to sing. From age 2, I was always trying to be the people I heard on records and
CD's by singing along with them. When I was ten I was given my first guitar, which I learned off of. Learning to play guitar became very easy to me and quite natural, because I had such a great passion for playing. Finally I began to write and play my own music, leading me through several acoustic performances, into bands, and now where I am at, playing local venues as a One-Man Band. I claim my own name as my stage name, Jonathan Finney. I learned with a Blues influence, then began to interpret Classic Rock into my playing techniques, and then I developed a love for the Country vocal melodies, and together, that helps make up who I am as a musician. I claim to be a Country artist with a Rock twist.

Jayme Lawhon

Signature style:  jazz, blues, show tunes

Jayme Chlumsky Lawhon comes from a long line of “talented Bohemians.”  Beginning with her grandparents who were Vaudeville stars, her brother, a legendary blues saxophonist, her movie-star niece, and her platinum recording artist nephew, it was simply “in the blood.”   Her musical interests span many generations, from Ella Fitzgerald’s earliest recording with Louie Armstrong and Duke Ellington to the poetic brilliance of

Joni Mitchell.   Jayme has been singing ever since she could speak. Her professional career began at age 20 when she joined the Chicago R&B band, “Air Tight”.

Since that time, Jayme has enjoyed many endeavors as Vocalist with The Carmen Dello Orchestra, Swinging Business, a Chicago based jazz quartet, The Lovebite Orchestra, a ‘70’s disco-pop review, and an original acoustic trio, Plush Cargo.
A native Chicagoan, Jayme moved to the Houston area in July, 2006, and has enjoyed much success as a featured vocalist with The Night and Day Orchestra, The Billie Ledbetter Orchestra and the Remember When Orchestra, all 20-piece big-bands. Jayme is also featured with The Luxury Trio, a Houston jazz ensemble, and is a frequent guest artist with Ed Dix and friends, a 7 piece jazz ensemble, performing in Beaumont, Texas.
A singer and songwriter, Jayme enjoys performing all styles of music, and is truly blessed living out her dream as a consummate performer.
